Bordo Ethic Rules

  1. BORDO behaves to all colleagues with mutual respect, trust and dignity and
    believe that they are acting in the best interests of the company.
  2. Colleagues help each other; ask for and give help and welcome it freely (it is not a sign of weakness).
  3. Share experiences and lessons learnt; both successes and failures.
  4. Communicate early, honestly and completely with all who have a direct interest in the subject. Listen to others’ points of view.
  5. Earn trust by accepting and honoring agreements, keeping promises.
  6. Work to understand BORDO goals and strategies and proactively support them through discussions, communications and actions.
  7. Never undermine colleagues directly or indirectly.
  8. Work jointly to resolve disagreements in good faith. If necessary, go to a higher authority together, then accept and support the solution.

Anti-Corruption

BORDO is against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery.

BORDO is committed to full compliance with all the domestic and international anti-bribery laws, regulations and conventions that prohibit corruptions in obtaining or retaining business or obtaining any other improper advantage.

BORDO policy prohibits the making of facilitating payments, i.e. payments to secure the performance of routine government actions. Engaging in or not reporting behavior that violates, or has the potential to violate, the standards set in the anti-bribery laws confidential information includes
business, financial, marketing and operating information that is sensitive to BORDO, its customers or others, including:
■ Engineering and construction procedures and know-how
■ Personnel data, such as health and salary information
■ Client-or supplier-provided information

Proper Relationships with Suppliers

BORDO employees may not accept any money or any benefits from a supplier or potential supplier for advice or services performed as a BORDO employee that relate to the supplier’s business.

BORDO employees are prohibited from representing a BORDO supplier, being a part of a supplier’s operating management or knowingly working on anything that a supplier offers to BORDO.
